Am I required to submit a cover letter along with my resume?

You are not required to submit a cover letter with your resume however a cover letter provides you with the opportunity to outline why you think you would be suitable for a particular role so it is highly recommended.

How do I know you have received my application?

When you apply for a role with Patersons you will receive an automatic email confirming we have received your application. If we require any further information to support your application, we will be in touch.

When can I expect to hear back from Patersons regarding my application?

This timing can vary for each role however we aim to respond to all applicants as soon as possible and will be in contact if there has been a delay in the process for any reason.
